The name California might have come from the Roland, and it might refer to northern Africa, which would make sense.
Here like a river finding its course, like shards of bone finding each other in the current and composing themselves again.

A major difference between Californians and people from Louisiana is, the Californians are far more athletic and in far slimmer. Another big difference between the two states is that California has no litter, whereas Louisiana has a very great deal of it.
In the old days California had a lot of litter, though. It took an educational campaign to change people’s habits.
